Screen printing: final prints

Sadly, metallic inks, foil and shiny fabrics make for a photography nightmare, so the following pictures vary in quality. I also repeatedly managed to knock my screen while printing, giving the impression that many of these skeletons are jumping up and down.

orange ink and gold foil on fleece

orange ink and gold foil on knitted acrylic

The puff binder looks amazing on the lino. The lino's marble-effect obviously suits the subject matter of these prints and the puff binder shows up against the lino much better than the standard inks. I put the lino pieces in the heat press, but didn't close it fully in case the lino melted in the press. Even without the full heat and pressure it was starting to melt - it was noticeably more rubbery and limp when taken out, though it returned to its usual texture once it had cooled down.
